– 70 thrusters 115/75lb

– 70 box jumps over

– 70 hand release push ups

– farmer carry 100m 53/35 KBs
Split reps however but 1 partner works while the other partner holds a front rack hold with 115/75lbs.  Must finish each movement before moving to next.
