EMOM x 9-minutes:

–Minute 1: 100-150 Meter Run/Jog

–Minute 2: 10 Deadlift + 5 Hang Muslce Clean

–Minute 3: 5 Reverse Grip Press + 5ea Single Arm Kettlebell Swing

Take 5-8 minutes to build to your working weight in the power clean and single arm kettlebell snatch.
