Complete as many rounds as possible in 8 mins of:
max distance Double Kettlebell Front Rack Carry, 53/35 lbs
5 Front Rack Squats, 53/35 lbs at the beginning of each carry.
Every time the KBs are picked up perform 5 front rack squats THEN immediately go max distant carry. **Do Not rest between front squats at carry**
